Ορμώμενες από τον μύθο σε σχέση με την ονομασία του Αιγίου όπου αποδίδεται στην μυθική αίγα Αμάλθεια, παρουσιαζόμενες ως ιέρειες-νύμφες, προσφέρουμε ένα έδεσμα παρασκευασμένο από τις ανάλογες πρώτες ύλες και εμπλουτισμένο με τα βρώσιμα λουλούδια προκαλούμε το κοινό να γευτεί την άνοιξη ως σύμβολο της αφθονίας, της πλησμονής των αγαθών και της ευημερίας.

Commissioned by DEKEPA in the context of the 1^st of May celebrations

Inspired by the myth regarding the name of Aigio, which is attributed to the mythical goat Amalthea, and presenting ourselves as priestess-nymphs, we offer a dish prepared with the corresponding raw materials and enriched with edible flowers, inviting the audience to taste spring as a symbol of abundance, the fullness of goods, and prosperity.
